Dr. Cheruvu attended Texas Tech Health Sciences Center and graduated in 2009 as a Doctor of Medicine. She trained at First Choice Community Healthcare for her residency and she loved it so much she decided to stay. She delivered a baby in residency and saw him recently for a 7-year WCC. That’s the beauty of her job being there with her patients as they grow. Dr. Cheruvu is the education director as well as helping to train a future generation of caring, smart and community-engaged family medicine physicians. This will be likely the most meaningful thing she will do in her career. She wants to thank First Choice for the opportunity to care for this amazing community and explore young doctors to its treasures.
