Eligibility

Employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in the benefit program.

Eligible dependents may include:
  • Your spouse
  • Your domestic partner-with signed affidavit
  • Your children and stepchildren
  • Dependent children up to age 26
Due to IRS rules, your benefit elections cannot be changed until the next open enrollment period. The only exception is a qualifying life event affecting your family or employment, which must be reported within 30 days.
Some qualifying status changes are:
  • Marriage or divorce
  • Birth/Adoption of a child
  • Loss of other coverage
  • Change in work status
