Lab

For all our patients who choose First Choice Community Healthcare (FCCH) as their medical home, we provide on-site lab testing by our experienced lab staff. We perform CLIA Waived In-House Point of Care Testing which includes urinalysis, pregnancy testing, blood sugar tests and other basic tests. In order to receive our lab services please schedule an appointment with an FCCH provider.

Some samples must be sent to outside labs for testing. Additional charges may apply, depending on insurance coverage and sliding fee level. Patients are notified of lab results by mail, phone, patient portal or follow-up visit, depending on the provider and the results.
