Making appointments

At First Choice, the full range of Primary Care is our most important service. We ask patients to establish a relationship with a provider by scheduling an appointment. This will allow each patient to develop a steady relationship with a provider to discuss and handle both their general health care problems and their preventative health needs.

Extended Hours of Operation

We offer extended hours appointments for established patients at some health centers. Check with the health center for earliest or latest available appointment times.

When you need to be seen on the same day

An important part of quality primary care is being there for our patients when they are sick or need timely support. That’s why each of our clinics sets aside same or next-day appointments specifically for established patients. By taking the time to schedule a new patient visit, you establish a relationship with your provider and clinic—giving you access to these priority appointments when you need them most.

If you’re not feeling well and think you may need to be seen, please call your clinic first. Our front desk team will check for any available same-day openings. If none are available, they’ll connect you with a nurse who can assess your symptoms and help determine the best next steps for your care.
