As part of our “Health Commons” model, we value health education to help equip patients with the skills and information they need to better manage their health and prevent disease and injury.

Talk with your provider about health issues such as managing diabetes and using insulin, and glucometers (machines to measure blood sugar). Ask about our diabetes education classes, healthy cooking classes, breastfeeding support groups, and other opportunities to take charge of your health.
