Keith Vargas, MD

Dr. Vargas graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in 2014 and received his Doctorate of Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of New Mexico Children’s Hospital, and he is also Pediatric Board Certified. Dr. Vargas was born and raised in Rio Rancho, NM. He was a student-athlete at Rio Rancho High School. Dr Vargas attended Eastern New Mexico University where he received his Bachelor of Science in General Biology with minor in Chemistry and played collegiate soccer. He worked at the University of New Mexico Biomedical Research center and has multiple publications on breast cancer-field cancerization and vaccinations.
