Erika Morales Casillas, RDH

Erika is a lifelong resident of Los Lunas, New Mexico. After graduating from Los Lunas High school in 2014, she pursued a career in dental assisting. She joined First Choice Los Lunas in 2016 as a certified dental assistant where she worked for three years; during those years she fell in love with the dental field and decided to further her education and become a dental hygienist. Erika was accepted into the UNM Dental Hygiene program in 2020, due to the high demands of the program she had to stop working as a dental assistant but knew she wanted to return to First Choice as a hygienist. When asked what she wants her patients to know about her, she stated “I would like to make all my patients feel comfortable by educating them on the importance of preventative dental care and how it benefits overall health.” You can find Erika reading, hiking, or in the gym during her free time.
