Born and raised in Albuquerque, NM, Adelie graduated with a master's in social work from New Mexico Highlands University in 2020. In 2022 she obtained her LMSW has been working towards getting her independent license. Adelie has experience with working with young adults and adolescents struggling with depression and anxiety but is open to all ages and issues. Adele has also worked domestic violence victims in the Asian immigrant population and understands the nuances and struggles of being an immigrant. Adele has received training in DBT, mindfulness, and Trauma Informed therapy. Adelie has been with First Choice Community Healthcare since December 2022.
