Her background includes extensive hands-on experience in both clinical and emergency medical environments, complemented by deep expertise in process and quality improvement, workflow development, and operational efficiency. Through years of practical training and institutional knowledge gained within the organization, Michelle has developed a clear focus and passion for optimizing systems, supporting clinical teams, and driving sustainable improvements that elevate patient care and overall operational performance.
