Dental Director, Interim CEO

Dr. Dye grew up in Socorro, New Mexico. Prior to dental school, he earned BS and MS degrees in Entomology at Texas A&M University. He graduated from the University of Colorado, Denver School of Dental Medicine in May. He has been working with the First Choice Community Healthcare Dental Program since August of 2009, was named Clinical Supervisor of our South Valley location in 2010, and Dental Director in 2012. He views the role of dental director to comprise 3 main responsibilities: leader, innovator and teacher. He enjoys developing systems to better serve the diverse population of patients at First Choice and to help them achieve optimal oral health. Dr. Dye’s vision for the First Choice Community Healthcare Dental Program is to spread joy through compassionate, ethical and beautiful dental care.
