Conrad brings over 20 years of executive IT leadership, process engineering, and strategic execution across healthcare, national laboratories, and advanced manufacturing. Holding a B.S. in Health Care Administration, he bridges domain insight with enterprise technology stewardship. At First Choice Community Healthcare, Conrad directs overall IT strategy, modern governance, infrastructure modernization, and fiscal discipline to drive continuous operational excellence. Drawing on a career managing multi-million-dollar portfolios, he leverages digital transformation, data analytics, and process automation to eliminate administrative friction and streamline cycle times by up to 70 percent. He leads high-performing teams unifying technology, operations, and patient access to expand care quality across New Mexico.
