Codi Vargas joined First Choice Community Healthcare in 2019 and brings more than 18 years of healthcare experience grounded in service, operational leadership, and community impact. Known for her strong operational expertise and steady leadership, Codi has built a reputation as a trusted leader who steps in wherever support is needed and consistently delivers results.

Deeply passionate about helping others, Codi finds purpose in work that strengthens access to care and supports the communities she serves. She leads with compassion and a hands-on approach, believing the most effective leaders stay connected to their teams, understand the work, and empower others to succeed.

Nothing is more important to Codi than being a proud mom to her two children. Along with her two dogs, her family is her greatest joy and constant source of motivation. Their support fuels her continued growth and commitment to leadership, including earning her MBA, which she will complete in August 2026.
