Rina LeMaster MS MBA LSSBB CPHQ CPPS, brings 20 years of healthcare experience to FCCH, including 6 years in Public Health and over 14 years in Healthcare Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Quality, Patient Safety, and Performance Improvement. She has successfully led Hospitals and Clinics through Joint Commission Accreditation by orchestrating preparedness teams across multiple disciplines. Her expertise in patient safety, healthcare quality, systems analysis, and project management is evident in her seamless and organized approach to risk management and compliance. Her dedication to work in healthcare began when family members became ill at an early age. She gains great satisfaction from being part of an ardent team at First Choice Community Healthcare, one that ensures safety, quality, and a path toward living healthier lives.
