Laboratory
For each of our patients who chooses us as their medical home, we provide on-site lab draws and basic lab tests. Some samples must be sent to outside labs for testing. Additional charges may apply, depending on insurance coverage and sliding fee level. Patients are notified of lab results by mail, phone or follow-up visit, depending on provider and results.

- We assist with Medicaid applications
- We help patients find insurance on the Marketplace
- We enroll patients in special programs when they are eligible
- We provide a discount for services based on family size and income

We are a health center grantee under 42 USC 245b and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 USC 233 (g)-(n).
