Family Planning
Teen Clinic
First Choice provides low-cost confidential family planning services to teenagers up to age 19. Services include pregnancy testing, family planning counseling, contraceptives, reproductive health examinations and treatment. There is no charge for the provider visit or in-house lab tests. Birth control pills are dispensed from the health center for $5 per pack. The cost of other contraceptives and prescriptions varies.
All First Choice Health Centers provide family planning services with an appointment. In addition, the South Valley Family Health Commons offers a walk-in clinic for teens on Tuesdays and Fridays from 3-5 pm.
Family Planning for Adults
First Choice provides family planning services for adults, at reduced costs for individuals who qualify for our discounted sliding scale fee based on income and family size.

We go the extra mile to help our patients get help paying for their health care.
- We assist with Medicaid applications
- We help patients find insurance on the Marketplace
- We enroll patients in special programs when they are eligible
- We provide a discount for services based on family size and income
