First Choice Community Healthcare Receives Planning Grant for South Valley Community Commons


The Kresge Foundation and the Build Healthy Places Network have awarded First Choice a $20,000 planning grant to help develop the financing plan for the $20 million South Valley Community Commons expansion project. The grant helps healthcare non-profits work with Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) to bring capital resources to low-income neighborhoods where capital investments can make a great difference in health outcomes.
