Feria de Salud Draws Thousands

First Choice Community Healthcare volunteered at the Feria de Salud sponsored by Univision on April 16 at the National Hispanic Cultural Center in Albuquerque. Dr. Santiago Macias, who serves as Assistant Medical Director of First Choice Community Healthcare, and as vice president of the NM Hispanic Medical Association, helped organize the event.
He brought a team of nurses, medical assistants and other First Choice staff to provide immunizations for children, and information about making First Choice the medical home of New Mexico families.
The event drew more than 1,000 participants and dozens of community organizations and vendors.  For a news clip, click on this link.
