First Choice Community Healthcare provides compassionate, high quality dental care in three convenient locations at discounted prices for those who qualify. The focus is on achieving and maintaining good oral health through regular visits, though we do see same day patients with urgent dental needs.
First Choice provides comprehensive dental exams, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns and bridges. We do not offer orthodontic care or dentures.
We contract with Medicaid and many dental insurances. Uninsured patients can pay for their care according to their income and family size. The initial co-payment is $75. Payment is expected at time of service.
