First Choice Foundation Mission Statement

The mission of the First Choice Foundation is to raise and allocate current and deferred charitable contributions to ensure that First Choice Community Healthcare continues to be a viable health care resource for the communities it serves.  Foundation Trustees are ambassadors for First Choice in its efforts to improve the health, life-skills and well-being of all members living in those communities.
